Larry served in the U.S. Army for 10 years prior to receiving a medical retirement. During his time of service, he rose up the Enlisted ranks swiftly, and soon after he was promoted to a Non-Commissioned Officer leadership position. Having gained the confidence of his peers and subordinates, his superiors decided to fast tracked his career path by selecting him into the Commissioned Officer Ranks. Subsequently, Larry’s steadfast technical and tactical aptitude, individual and team leadership abilities, as well as his keen sense for developing practicality out of complexity earned him the rank of Chief Warrant Officer II by the time of his retirement.

After his illustrious military career, he went on to achieve tremendous levels of success within Corporate America. Having honed his invaluable skillset for providing high quality outputs as a Commissioned Officer during his time in the military, along with earning an Executive MBA Degree from the prestigious, and top ranked J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University he quickly became a highly sought after senior professional across the private sector. Larry’s expertise in process development, design ingenuity, customer relations, contract negotiation, and management prompted him to establish his owned business. Today Larry is the Chief Executive Officer of BOYO, Inc. an SBA certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered within suburban Atlanta, Georgia.

Ramesh brings over 20 plus years of IT industry experience and knowledge to team BOYO. He is a “subject matter expert”, and pioneer for implementing technological roadmaps from cloud migration initiatives with remarkable success in both the public and private sectors. Throughout his twenty plus years within information technology he has earn the mark of being an expert integration strategist for heterogeneous landscapes in ERP packaged solutions, and custom developed distributed systems.

Ramesh is a graduate of the prestigious, and top ranked J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. He has been an instrumental player in BOYO’s participation within the technological contracting arena having spearheaded positions for implementing cloud migration, and ERP projects for numerous Federal Agency customers ranging from the US ARMY, US NAVY, DLA, and USDA. He also brings vast amount of past experience in implementing technology roadmaps for a significant number of Fortune 500 commercial clients. Ramesh’s knowledge and experience in Information and Technology has led our talented team of innovators to providing high quality, and efficient, production outputs for our clients. He currently serves as the Technical Director for BOYO.

Having served as a Commissioned Army Officer for 32 years his vast amount of experience in management and leadership is immeasurable. During his time of service, Jeffery severed in countless leadership positions culminating his career as a two term Brigade Commander, Iraqi War Veteran, and U.S, Army War College graduate, with a plethora of decorations and accolades to signify his selfless service and commitment to excellence at senior levels of leadership.

In addition, to his very accomplished military career Jeffery also attained high levels of success as a business owner for more than 27 years in operation. Jeffery functioned as the Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Development & Associates, Inc. undertaking projects ranging from small residential to large scale commercial construction/program management opportunities with remarkable success.
